We now bring AYATRIO to your doorstep with a full range of articles in various cities in India – Hyderabad; Mumbai; Pune; Ahmedabad; Surat; Vadodara; Bangalore.

  • Orders placed before 9 pm will be processed on the same day
  • Delivery timelines in the following cities we presently deliver is 3-7 days from the day order is placed.
  • Raise your request for your returns and exchange to our Customer Support Center through email, phone or chat with the reason and the pictures of the articles.
  • The Returns and Exchange Policy applies.
  • Please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy with the COVID exceptions here
  • Proof of Delivery is now digital hence POD’s with OTP provided by customers - will be considered the final acceptance of the articles without any damages
  • In case the articles received are not as expected/ordered/damaged provide the feedback to the delivery partner to make a comment on the POD before providing the OTP
  • The article to be returned or exchanged will be picked up from the customers' doorstep at a slot chosen as per the convenience of the customer within 7 days from the date the returns/exchange case is raised and accepted by the CSC
  • The refund will be processed by the CSC within 15 days from the day the articles are picked up by our transport service providers
  • The charges for the delivery or the returns/exchange of the articles have to be agreed and paid at the time of the checkout.

    • AYATRIO Family membership

  • The AYATRIO Family digital and/or temporary card (the “AYATRIO Family Card” or “Card”) is issued by AYATRIO India Private Limited (“AYATRIO India”) under the AYATRIO Family loyalty program (“AYATRIO Family”). The AYATRIO Family Card is issued to those Indian citizens who have completed the age of eighteen (18) years, for their personal use (the “Family member”). It is not a corporate card/corporate membership/ nor meant to be a credit card, prepaid card or any payment instrument. No registration fee is payable by an applicant for availing of AYATRIO Family membership and/or for the issuance of the AYATRIO Family Card.
  • AYATRIO India reserves the right to amend these terms and any aspect of the AYATRIO Family loyalty program, and such amended Terms shall be applicable to all the AYATRIO Family Members.
  • AYATRIO India reserves the right to end the AYATRIO Family loyalty program (giving 14 days’ notice), refuse to issue AYATRIO Family cards, cancel AYATRIO Family card, suspend, or terminate your AYATRIO Family membership account at its reasonable discretion if suspect of unauthorized use or abuse of its services. AYATRIO India may terminate the AYATRIO Family membership of AYATRIO Family member and delete information of such AYATRIO Family member in case such AYATRIO Family Member remains inactive for a continuous period of three (3) years. Upon such suspension/termination, all AYATRIO Family benefits will cease to exist.
  • The AYATRIO Family membership is non-transferable. All the benefits, accrued to AYATRIO Family Member under the AYATRIO Family membership, are non-negotiable which can neither be redeemed for/in cash nor be gifted to any other person.
  • Any usage of the AYATRIO Family membership applies to AYATRIO India stores only. From time to time, other promotional partners may be part of the AYATRIO Family. These third-party promotions will also be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party involved.
  • These Terms governs the membership of the AYATRIO Family loyalty program only and do not govern any special/specific benefits and offers, which may be made available to an AYATRIO Family Member under the various programs/offers/ activities of AYATRIO India. Also, AYATRIO India does not guarantee the quality, suitability or reliability of the goods and services provided or to be provided by AYATRIO India and/or its channel partners, under these Terms. You are therefore requested to refer to the terms and conditions of sale, offer or product/service level agreement of specific products and services for representations and warranties with respect to such products.
  • In addition to the other limitations under these Terms, in no event will AYATRIO India’s directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to in connection with the AYATRIO Family loyalty program. The limitation of AYATRIO India’s liability under these Terms shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive the suspension/termination of the AYATRIO Family membership and Card of the Family Member.
  • AYATRIO India respects the Family Member’s privacy and is committed to safeguarding his/her personal information in accordance with applicable laws, industry standards and best practices. Please refer to the AYATRIO India Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provided at www.AYATRIO.in that contains terms and conditions relating to the collection, use, storage, protection and disclosure of personal information of the Family Member. By accepting membership of the AYATRIO Family, the AYATRIO Family Member agrees to and accepts the terms of the Policy and consents to our collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal information in accordance with this Policy.
  • AYATRIO India encourages the AYATRIO Family Member to review the terms contained at AYATRIO.in regularly to be aware of any amendments made by AYATRIO India from time to time to reflect the changes in the AYATRIO Family loyalty program and in the applicable laws.
  • All disputes related to the AYATRIO Family loyalty program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.

    • AYATRIO Family Rewards

  • AYATRIO Family Rewards are for registered members of AYATRIO Family only.
  • Rewards are herewith defined as any form of gratification/Coupons/vouchers to the AYATRIO Family Members who qualify for them.
  • AYATRIO Family Rewards are valid for Members only in Telangana & Hyderabad Region only, and valid for redemption only at AYATRIO HITECH City Hyderabad.
  • Member reward eligibility/qualification to said rewards will be at the sole discretion of AYATRIO.
  • Rewards will only be honoured on printed reward codes from the AYATRIO Family kiosk ONLY.
  • Every reward coupon is eligible for redemption per member only once. The coupon needs to be handed over to the cashier at the checkout.
  • The Reward can be only redeemed on successful identification by scanning the member’s AYATRIO Family digital card.
  • Member will not be liable to claim any reward for the coupons which has expired.
  • Expiry dates, validity & campaign period will be at the sole discretion of AYATRIO, and AYATRIO reserves the right to modify, alter, terminate or amend the validity of full or any part of the rewards any time it deems appropriate.
  • Reward coupons are not transferable and can’t be exchanged against cash. A customer can redeem only 1 coupon against 1 invoice.
  • The reward coupon in any form should not be promoted or use for marketing activities by the members.
  • AYATRIO FAMILY Reward coupons are the sole property of AYATRIO and should not be distributed in any form electronically or otherwise including social platforms.
  • Reward validity will depend on the nature of the reward and will be defined by AYATRIO.
  • Rewards can be in the form of cash coupons or kind, redeemable only at AYATRIO HITEC City, Hyderabad.
  • AYATRIO reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
  • AYATRIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's access to its service, or parts of it if in AYATRIO’s reasonable view the relevant Member or Account appears to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
  • AYATRIO reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Reward initiative, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice.
  • In case of any product returns which were purchased using AYATRIO Rewards, the customer needs to produce the original invoice and the return will be processed at the sole discretion of AYATRIO. AYATRIO reserves the right to withhold/forfeit or decline the Rewards as it deems appropriate. For queries on returns, customers need to contact the Customer Relations Desk.
  • In case the customer loses/misplaces/damages/misplaces the reward, a duplicate will be issued only on a case-to-case basis where the customer is able to furnish sufficient proof of it being not in possession of the customer, and AYATRIO on its discretion will make the coupon available in the AYATRIO Family Kiosk within 7 working days.
  • Liability: We warrant that the AYATRIO Family Rewards will be provided with reasonable care and skill with the intention of meeting our specifications for the Rewards, but we cannot and do not guarantee that AYATRIO Family Rewards will meet your requirements. We shall have no other obligation, duty or liability whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence, breach of statutory duty, deficiency in service, unfair trade practice and any other tort) or otherwise as defined below:
  • A) For any loss of revenue, business, anticipated savings or profits; (B) any errors in or omissions from the Site or offer or any services or products obtainable therefrom; (C) the unavailability or interruption of the Rewards/benefits or any features thereof; (D) your use or Redemption of the Rewards.
  • All the above terms and conditions shall be over and above the other applicable AYATRIO and AYATRIO Family terms and conditions.
